What would a new Charlie EKS project sound like? According to the Scott Flecx and the EdgeBeatz production team, the end product would probably be along the genre lines of “Afro Pop and Trap, fused with the sound of kwaito” as that’s seemingly the title for the long-awaited upcoming mixtape, DVST.

On Friday morning (15th of May), Charlie EKS announced the
news via Instagram in a story post.

“The tittle D.V.S.T is a compilation of songs Produced And arranged by myself.

 

It features various artists from the Day One Gang, with Features from Scott Flecx, Spizzy 47, Calli Brazy The team was already bumping this project beginning of the quarantine, It's going to be made available on all digital platforms on the 2nd of June, ” – Charlie EKS.

He also Released chart singles out like Best Friend, Black Rose. Charlie EKS and Day One Gang previously worked on projects such as Charlie’s 2018 “Positive” and now spending this lockdown in the studio working on his upcoming hit single “Blue Drill” Featuring Blue Jxmmy. The pending release would be the first for both sides in 2020.
